The Best ready mix. Reminds me of being in Galway, IRE. I use buttermilk instead of water and add 1 til of wheat germ. THE BEST.

I have been baking brown bread for 30+ years and decided to buy this ready to go mix to save myself some time and effort. I’ve bought several other brands in the past and they were atrocious so I was skeptical. Much to my delight this mix was absolutely amazing. As good as my best from scratch loaf. The taste and texture were perfect. It sliced perfectly and was the easiest thing I have ever baked. I used filtered tap water avocado oil which has no real taste. My grown kids also raved about it. They are all going to order it from now on so they can make it themselves.
