Bacon Wrapped Chicken in Garlic and Herb Butter
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
Rashers
Butter
2 cloves garlic
Sage leaves
Method
Place 8 sage leaves onto 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Wrap in bacon slices and secure with toothpicks.
Crush garlic and mix with butter.
Saute in butter until golden brown on both sides.
Add white wine to skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through and most of the wine has cooked off.
Serve with steames veg.
