
Berry Cranachan
Ingredients
4oz flahavan’s jumbo oat flakes
2oz honey
1oz sunflower oil
1 tbsp. water
150ml cream
5oz greek yogurt
2 tbsp. each of honey, whiskey and brown sugar
8oz berries (raspberries, strawberries or blackberries)
Method
1. Heat the oil and honey in a small saucepan.
2. Add the oatflakes and mix well.
3. Spread on a baking tray and bake until golden at Gas Mark 2 for approx 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
4. Lightly whip the cream and fold in the greek yogurt, honey, whiskey, brown sugar, toasted oats and berries. (Reserve some taosted oats and berries for decoration)
5. Layer up cream mixture with the berries in a serving glass. Serve topped with reserved berries and toasted oats.
