
Irish Buttered Popcorn
Whether it’s movie night or just snack time, grass-fed Irish butter makes popcorn really pop.<
Cheesy, Spicy Popcorn
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
8 cups popped popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
1/4 cup Salted Butter
1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
4 oz. grated Cheese (about 1 cup)
Kosher salt
Method:
1. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
2. In a small skillet, melt Kerrygold Butter over medium heat.
3. Add paprika, cook about 1 minute or until fragrant.
4. Pour butter mixture over popcorn, season with salt and mix well.
5. Add Blarney cheese and mix again.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
