BBQ Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 heaped tsp Lakeshore Mustard
- 1 tsp fresh chopped Thyme
- Zest and juice of 1 Orange
- 1 tsp Garlic
- ½ tsp Red Chillies
- 100ml Chef Tomato Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Method:
Mix everything together and marinate your pork or chicken fillets on skewers for at least an hour.
Barbecue your meat and baste in the extra marinade each time you turn to build up a delicious, sticky, blackened glaze.
