These are firm favorits not only with me but with all my work colleagues - the perfect balance of biscuit mint and chocolate. I buy these as often as I order to keep up with demand at work. It's amazing how some Irish cookies get you what you want at work!! LOL Love them too with cup of coffee or Lyons Tea!!
